One of the number 1 questions that I get from clients is” “Are Facebook Ads a waste of money or not?” It’s kinda of a loaded question…Yes, they are and no they are not. So here’s what I would say: If you have a Business to Business type of a company then yes, Facebook is probably going to be a waste of money. If you have Business to Consumer type of a company then no, Facebook is not a waste of money to advertise on.
Facebook does very well with B2C (Business to Consumer) types of products because they have a primary demographic of people who are in the 30’s or older. These people tend to be more established in their lives, they tend to have disposable income, etc.
