Overview
I have been working with a semi-truck leasing company since May of 2019. I am monitoring Application Page Visits – as we are sending our paid traffic to the application page – and Applications Completed. As you can see below we have about a 46% conversion rate from the people who have visited the application page to the people who have completed the application page:
Out of the applications that are submitted we have about a 36% qualification rate. There in order to accomplish this, the application includes key questions that prequalifies the application page viewer right on the spot. This helps to eliminate the people who would not be able to provide the information and people who are not as serious/ready to lease as they just close the page. This saves the sales reps a lot of time and allows them to focus on leads that are more likely to become lessees.
Costs
Over the duration of these Google Ads campaigns, this company has spent a total of $4,983.31 and acquired 510 applications at $9.77 each. With a 36% qualification rate, it costs $27.23 per new, qualified lessee.
For September of 2020, we spent a total of $610.12 and produced 98 completed applications. That’s $6.23 per lead and $17.43 per qualified lessee.

Set Up and Management Fees
There is a one time set up fee of $500. My Management Fees are based on a flat rate by ad spend for the following fee schedule:
- Management Fee: $500 – For ad spend budgets of $0 – $5,000 per month
- Management Fee: $1,000 – For ad spend budgets of $5,001 – $10,000 per month
- Management Fee: $1,500 – For ad spend budgets of $10,001 – $15,000 per month
- Management Fee: $2,000 – For ad spend budgets of $15,001 – $20,000 per month
- Management Fee: $2,500 – For ad spend budgets of $20,001 – $25,000 per month
- etc.
